- Experience working throughout the project lifecycle on brand or interactive projects
- Experience interfacing directly with clients to discuss stakeholder expectations, budgets, timelines, design and engineering needs, changes, and decisions.
- Ability to lead check-ins with cross-functional internal teams to drive projects forward with tangible next steps and clear communications on decisions and needs
- Able to integrate seamlessly into internal teams and processes, including managing projects via Asana, tracking time, feedback, project deadlines, and budgets
- Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to help craft creative ideas, strategies, and solutions for our clients’ needs
- Ability to manage and/or execute content checklists and content outlines for client projects
- Self sufficient and accountable as it relates to time management, organization, verbal communication, and written communication.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and ideally 2 years in freelance roles plus experience in an agency setting
- Highly creative and resourceful
- Passion and pride in your work
- Interest in progressive politics and progressive causes
