On the heels of their 50th anniversary, The Society of Experiential Graphic Designers needed to reinvent how to connect and engage current and potential members while showcasing world-class design to inspire.
Unfortunately, their existing platform lacked an intuitive or emotional journey. It worked more like a digital archive than a community site encouraging connection, action, or inspiration. The tone and language on the site lacked a clear position or voice and therefore, resonance. And, the presentation of the organization and work of the experience design community did little to inspire or engage a community of designers. Wide Eye identified the need for a digital facelift, and redesigned experience that elevated the unique value of this design community for members.
